How often can the anti blemish face wash be used?

We at Plant Science would advice you to wash your face twice a day. Over washing destroys the skin barrier functions, which in turn allows bacteria to enter and causes breakouts, redness and over all irritation to the skin. On the other hand, not cleansing the face enough allows the environmental pollutants, makeup and oils to seep into the pores and eventually causes inflammation and irritation on the skin. It is best to asses your skin and cleanse it accordingly.
