Put a few ice cubes in a plastic bag, wrap with a cloth & apply it to the affected area as a cold compress. You can also use a bag of frozen peas. It will help to soothe your skin & get rid of the awful irritation.
Gooseberry or, as we know it, amla is good for your hair. But did you know that it is an excellent cure for your sensitive skin? Well, it is. Dark spots & pigmentation can be usual issues, no matter the skin type. But given the special condition of sensitive skin, it is not very thoughtful to use every other ingredient or chemical-based cream. You might end up with no results & irritated skin due to all the chemicals your skin is coming in contact with. The vitamins present in amla help to reduce dark spots, pigmentation, restores the skin’s natural healthy glow.
It is an ingredient that you’ll find in most of the skincare products on the market. Olive oil moisturises for your skin. It also consists of natural acids & filled with antioxidants that would protect your skin from the harsh sunlight. It also helps with skin ageing. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to your bathwater to see results.
